Butternut Squash

1 medium butternut squash¼ tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp butter, melted¼ tsp ground allspice
2 tbsp light brown sugar⅛ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp salt

Cut squash into quarters. Remove the seeds and slice off the skin, then chop the squash into 1-inch cubes. Steam the squash for 30 minutes, or until tender.

When squash is cooked, use a potato masher to mash the squash until smooth in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and continue mashing until everything is mixed.
