| 12 large eggs | 2 tbs finely shredded Cheddar cheese |
| 4 slices bacon | 1 tbs mustard |
| ½ cup mayonnaise |
Bring enough salted water to a boil to cover the eggs. Place eggs the boiling water using a slotted spoon. Boil eggs to 11 minutes.
Remove eggs from boiling water and place in an ice bath.
While eggs are cooking, slice bacon into tiny pieces and fry in a skillet. Drain on paper towels.
Peel cooled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Transfer eggs to a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, bacon, Cheddar, and mustard to yolks, then mash to combine. Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
